“The goal of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to some superior variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This can be due to the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no fully functional office committed to service the area on a daily basis. The company issue developed for intervention ordeals a higher inflow of potential beneficiaries, which makes it tricky for website the office to attend to all people who check out a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise more sources to empower the servicing of all clients and improve access to Social Assistance companies,” the agency said.
